Description: On November 14, 2012, Plaintiff Raul Glasgow was driving in his car when POs Bonanno and Fragedis initiated a traffic stop and questioned Glasgow about the temporary plates on his car. Glasgow provided a valid New York state non-driver's ID as his license had been suspended. Bonanno and Fragedis removed Glasgow from the vehicle, searched him, and then searched the entire vehicle without a warrant. The search yielded no weapons, drugs, or other contraband. POs Rich and Karabin arrived on the scene and the officers placed Glasgow under arrest. Description: Defendant Officers stopped Plaintiff and a group of his friends while they were talking on the street. Plaintiff began running when he saw an officer aggressively get out of the police car and was chased and tackled by that officer. Plaintiff was assaulted by the officers and taken to the 44th precinct. At the precinct, one officer rubbed a tissue on Plaintiff's hands and then on a gun. Plaintiff was released after being fingerprinted with no charges.
