NYPD, ARSLANBECK, DOE, AND ROE without any legal justification, stopped, searched, battered, and detained MYNOR NUNEZ with excessive force (touched, grabbed, handcuffed, seized and arrested). Causing such battery in and about his head, neck, back, body, and limbs. All of which was motivated by the policy from NYPD Stop and Frisk, which clearly is based on racial profiling.
