Description: On or about January 8th, 2019, Plaintiffs were lawfully present on the intersection of 169th Street and Broadway when he was approached by PO Jeffery Mota, PO Bramlin Rosa, and PO "John Doe" of the NYPD. Plaintiffs were assaulted and battered with metal batons by PO's. Plaintiffs were then handcuffed and placed under arrest. Plaintiffs were then transported to the local precinct. Due to the severity of injuries sustained during their arrest, Plaintiffs were transported to Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital. After having their injuries tended to, Plaintiffs were transported back to the precinct. Description: On August 11, 2014, infant plaintiff (herein "M.A.") was falsely arrested and imprisoned by members of defendant's police department , and more, specifically defendant PO Jeffrey Mota. M.A. alleges that Defendants committed an assault and battery against him and that excessive force was used in falsely arresting and wrongfully imprisoning him. Additionally, infant plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted. As a result of the aforesaid, infant plaintiff was caused to suffer serious and permanent personal injuries, embarrassment, humiliation, stress, depression, psychological difficulties and emotional stress. M.A. The same allegations and cause of actions apply to Plaintiff Sheba Anderson.
