[redacted] states that on November 13th, 2002, he was stopped by police officers. [redacted] alleges that Sergeant Thomas Bracken of the 48th Precinct's Street Narcotics Enforcement Unit stopped him (Allegation A), which is [redacted] by shoving him against a wall while cursing at him (Allegation B and Allegation C), which are [redacted]. [redacted] alleges that Officer Maysonet, assigned to the 48th Precinct's tracer unit, also approached and helped shove him against the wall, at the same time cursing at him and threatening him with the use of force (Allegation D and Allegation E), which are [redacted]. He further states that Sergeant Bracken, Officer Maysonet and Sergeant Federico Martinez of the 48th Precinct's tracer unit all searched him (Allegation F, Allegation G and Allegation H), which are [redacted] s nephew [redacted] came on the scene, and Officer Maysonet allegedly cursed at him (Allegation I), which is [redacted].
