On the morning of 4/10/03, a call was placed to 911 reporting drug activity at [redacted] in the Bronx. Officers Angel Maysonet, Edwin Reyes, Ramon Reyes and Edwin Santiago of the 48th Precinct Tracer Unit responded to the scene. In the lobby, Officer Maysonet encountered [redacted] resident of the building. [redacted] alleged that Officer Maysonet stopped him, frisked and searched him, punched him in the face, told him to "get a job" and threatened to "put a bullet" in his "black ass."
