[redacted] was arrested on April 30th, 2003, by detectives from Brooklyn South Narcotics for [redacted]. With her at the time and also apprehended were two individuals, friends of [redacted], later identified as [redacted] and [redacted], and [redacted] did not give their names at her CCRB interview.
[redacted] and [redacted] had just purchased marijuana and were walking down Columbia Street when PO1, described by [redacted] as being very short, approached [redacted] from behind, showed a badge, told her to turn around and stated that she was under arrest. A second officer, PO2, handcuffed [redacted]. [redacted] told PO1 that the marijuana was in her jacket pocket. PO1 asked [redacted] if she had anything else and she said no. Speaking to PO2, PO1 said, "Look, his voice is heavier than mine." PO1 proceeded to pat down [redacted] chest, then grabbed and squeezed both of her breasts. [redacted] said, "Come on, that's not nice to do to a lady." PO2 said to PO1, "Yeah, he's going to need injections before the night is over." PO1 then undid the button of [redacted] pants and lowered the zipper. He pulled out the contents of [redacted] pants pockets, turning the pockets inside out. She had money in one of her pockets (allegations A, B, and C).
[redacted] told PO1, "I don't have any underwear and I'm enjoying this immensely." PO1 then placed his left hand inside her pants and felt her crotch. He said to PO2, "I can't find it." PO2 said, "Well they strap 'em up behind them now." PO1 removed his left hand from inside [redacted] pants and placed his right hand inside [redacted] pants. He again felt her, and this time his finger went into her vagina (allegation A). [redacted] then yelled, "You got the pussay." [redacted] noted that [redacted] who was also being arrested, was "laughing her head off" at this comment. [redacted] did not know if [redacted] witnessed what had happened, however.
