Summary

On December 18, 2005, [redacted] and his son, [redacted] were on line at Best Buy, located at 622 Broadway in Manhattan, waiting for the release of a new "X-box 360" video game. At approximately 7:55AM, PO William Glynn and PO Josh Lewis, both from the 9th Precinct, responded to a radio call regarding a dispute at the location. [redacted] alleged that when the officers arrived, PO Glynn confiscated his baseball bat (Allegation A) which he had brought with him for protection. Additionally, PO Glynn frisked him (Allegation B), and searched his pockets and wallet (Allegation C).
