On December 18, 2005, [redacted] and his son, [redacted] were on line at Best Buy, located at 622 Broadway in Manhattan, waiting for the release of a new "X-box 360" video game. At approximately 7:55AM, PO William Glynn and PO Josh Lewis, both from the 9th Precinct, responded to a radio call regarding a dispute at the location. [redacted] alleged that when the officers arrived, PO Glynn confiscated his baseball bat (Allegation A) which he had brought with him for protection.
