[redacted] alleges that on January 6, 2006, at approximately 4pm, he was inside of [redacted] located at [redacted] in Brooklyn, drinking a Red Stripe beer in a paper bag. He alleged that officers Erik Worobey and Mark Vazquez observed him drinking the beer and he fled to the basement of the bakery. Officers Worobey and Vazquez entered the private kitchen area of the bakery (allegations A and B) to apprehend him. Witnesses allege that after the officers entered the kitchen, PO Worobey asked the cashier for her "fucking" ID (allegations C and D).
