On 5/1/06 at approximately 7:30 a.m., [redacted] was walking outside of her building with her son, [redacted] noticed that there was a parking summons on her husband's car and sent [redacted] to pick it up. [redacted] picked up the summons and could not read the writing on it. He saw a marked patrol car driving by and whistled at the officers to stop the vehicle. The officers kept driving and [redacted] remarked to [redacted] "These eggplants-when you need them they never want to help you." The patrol car turned the corner and came to a stop. An officer, identified as PO William Glynn of the 9th Precinct, approached them yelling, "What the fuck? You called us fucking pricks?" (allegation A) [redacted] denied calling them pricks and PO Glynn grabbed him and pushed him against the wall of a nearby building (allegations B, C). [redacted] attempted to "get in the way" and stop PO Glynn. Another officer, identified as PO Josh Lewis of the 9th Precinct, pushed [redacted] out of the way (allegation D). Once [redacted] was frisked and handcuffed, he was put in the back of the patrol car. [redacted] wrote down PO Glynn's badge number and approached PO Lewis to write his down. As she went to PO Lewis and tried to write down his shield number, he grabbed her by her right arm, threw her against a fence, and handcuffed her (allegation E). While at the 9th Precinct, [redacted] was put in a holding cell next to [redacted] She could hear the officers tell him to take off his sweatshirt, shirt, shoes, socks, and pants and she heard him do so (allegations F, G).
