Summary

According to [redacted] on July 8, 2006, at approximately 1:46am, he was drinking with three friends in the front yard of his house located on [redacted] in Brooklyn. [redacted] observed a patrol car driving down the block and he quickly entered his house because he had a beer in his hand. His friends stayed outside. [redacted] stated that PO Javier Velez entered the house, pointed his gun at him, and allegedly told him, "Motherfucker stop there" (allegations A and B). PO Velez moved up the stairs and attempted to grab [redacted]'s hands. [redacted] jerked his hands away and PO Velez allegedly started punching [redacted] (allegation C). [redacted]'s wife, [redacted] came out of their apartment and tried to grab PO Velez's hands. PO Velez allegedly told her, "Get out of here bitch," and pushed her away (allegations D and E). [redacted] stated that PO Velez then grabbed a curtain rod and allegedly hit him in the head, causing an open cut that required eight staples (allegation F).
