Summary

On February 21, 2007, at approximately 6:20 PM, PO Bryan Zuccaro of Narcotics Borough Queens North arrested [redacted] in front of 109-26 Merrick Boulevard in Queens. [redacted] alleged that PO Zuccaro called him a "wise-ass" while affecting the arrest.
