Description: On January 10, 2012 at 6am, defendants Joselyn Sanabria, Cunningham, Vernon Truitt, Brian Zuccaro, John Bulone, Darrell Julien, Michael Korabel, Dawn Adames, Clifton Clarke and John Does 1-10 violently entered the home of plaintiff and assaulted and arrested her without any probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Detective Joselyn Sanabria falsely requested a search warrant for plaintiff's home knowing that officers had previously determined that no illegal activity transpired in that apartment. During the raid, the plaintiff was injured when the defendants forced their way into the apartment, she was threatened with a firearm and immobilized for over an hour while her appartment was searched.
