Summary

On March 24, 2007, at 1:20 AM, PO Javier Fernandez and PO Wesley Fradera were conducting a vertical patrol inside of [redacted] in the Bronx. PO Robert Navarro, Lt. Patrick Cortright, and Capt. Emilio Melendez were also at the location during this incident. [redacted] alleged that when the door of the elevator she was on opened up on the third floor of [redacted] in the Bronx, an officer told her to "get the fuck off of the elevator" [Allegation A]. [redacted] alleged that an officer struck [redacted] whose last name is unknown, with a baton inside of the building [Allegation B]. She then alleged that an officer either kicked her in the left leg or pushed her, causing her to fall down the stairs [Allegation C]. [redacted] alleged that while he was in front of [redacted], Lt. Cortright told him to "shut the fuck up" [Allegation D]. [redacted] then alleged that an officer threw [redacted] against a wall in front of the building [Allegation E]. [redacted] alleged that she asked an officer where [redacted] was, but he told her that "it was none of her fucking business" [Allegation F].

Richard Duggan and PO Edward Cantaloupe used force against him in the holding cells, causing him to sustain a cut over his right eye [Allegations H and I].
