Summary

[redacted] alleged that at approximately 1:15PM on May 22, 2007, she was in her vehicle with her husband, [redacted] her daughter, [redacted] her cousin, [redacted] and [redacted] boyfriend, [redacted] whose last name remains unknown. When they reached the intersection of West 112th Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue in Manhattan, members of the 28th Precinct's SNEU team, including Officer Gabriella Pardo, Officer Robin Armond, Officer Billy Valerio, Officer Joseph Carrasco, and Officer Leander Feaggins, stopped her vehicle, allegedly under the authorization of Sergeant Flavio Rodriguez, also of the 28th Precinct (Allegation A). The officers ordered every one out of the vehicle. Officer Armond frisked [redacted] Officer Pardo frisked [redacted] Officer Valerio frisked [redacted] and Officer Carrasco frisked [redacted] (Allegation B). Officer Armond allegedly searched [redacted] Officer Valerio allegedly searched [redacted] Officer Pardo allegedly searched [redacted] and [redacted] was searched by an unknown officer(s) (Allegations C, D, E, and F).
