Description: On or about August 31, 2022, plaintiff was assaulted by defendant officer Feaggins. During the assault, plaintiff was placed in excessively tight handcuffs. Defendant pulled plaintiff's arms and legs, slammed plaintiff against the wall, windows, desks, fans, and/or bars, kneed plaintiff, repeatedly lifted and dropped plaintiff and slammed plaintiff. The other two defendant officers were present but did not intervene.
