Summary

On August 24, 2007, at approximately 11:55pm at [redacted] in Queens, [redacted] and [redacted] were stopped by three plain clothes officers; Lt. Michael Gleason, PO George Bodenmiller and PO Justin Quinlan. [redacted] and [redacted] were stopped because [redacted] an owner of a convenience store, alleged that they were threatening him with a knife in his store. [redacted] and [redacted] alleged that Lt. Gleason, PO Bodenmiller and PO Quinlan pointed their guns at them (Allegations A, B and C). PO Steven Orlando and PO James Zozzaro came to the scene to bring [redacted] back to the 113th Precinct stationhouse. [redacted] alleged that PO Zozzaro said to her, "How did you get the fucking phone? Hang up the fucking phone right now." [redacted] also stated that PO Orlando told her that he would throw her piece of shit phone out the window and told her to close her fucking mouth. (Allegations D and E).
