They immediately handcuffed plaintiffs and placed them in the living room. Plaintiffs complained that the handcuffs were too tight but the officers refused to loosen them. Description: On or about May 16, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully driving his car when he was pulled over in his car by Officers Daniel Conforti and George Bodenmiller and Sgt. Robert Mercer without cause. Plaintiff was detained, handcuffed, battered and arrested with excessive force. The officers banged Plaintiff's head against his car and then searched Plaintiff, revealing no evidence of any crime.
