On November 16, 2007, at approximately 11:00 AM, [redacted] was standing in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn with two acquaintances, [redacted] and [redacted] He walked to the street to speak with his father, [redacted] who had parked in front of that location. A number of marked and unmarked police vehicles responded to the location. An officer identified through the investigation as PO Stacey Wollack of the 83rd Precinct questioned [redacted] regarding whether he lived in [redacted] (Allegation A) and instructed him to stand by a gate in front of this location. [redacted] and [redacted] were searched by officers whom the investigation was unable to identify (Allegation B). An officer identified through the investigation as PO Javier Velez of the 83rd Precinct approached [redacted] and requested the use of his keys. PO Velez and an additional officer, whom the investigation was also unable to identify, then allegedly entered [redacted] (Allegation C and Allegation D). An officer, identified through the investigation as PO Angel Figueroa of the 83rd Precinct, issued [redacted] a summons for [redacted] and issued [redacted] a summons for [redacted] PO Velez and the unidentified officer who accompanied him exited [redacted] PO Velez returned [redacted] keys and the officers then left the location.
