On April 9, 2008 at about 11:00 PM, [redacted] her husband [redacted] were walking to their residence at [redacted] in the Bronx with their young children. PO Brian Pastula opened the front door for [redacted] and told her, "I did it because of your kids because I don't fucking like you" (Allegation A). A verbal confrontation ensured, and PO Pastula making several other rude comments to [redacted] telling her "That's why the fuck I have a warrant out for that fucking apartment." PO Pastula additionally stated that he "felt like hitting" [redacted] (Allegation B). As [redacted] was standing in the elevator of the lobby, PO Soberal grabbed her arm and pulled her out (Allegation C). [redacted] walked up behind PO Isaac Soberal, PO Pastula grabbed his arm and yelled out for him to "get the fuck back" from his partner (Allegations D and E). [redacted] was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and was transported to the PSA 7 stationhouse. In the stationhouse, [redacted]'s mother [redacted] asked PO Pastula for his name and shield number over the phone. PO Pastula refused to provide this information (Allegation F).
