On June 13, 2008, at approximately 11:30 PM, PO Andre Figueiredo from the 101st Precinct stopped [redacted] inside the lobby of [redacted] (Allegation A). PO Figueiredo frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegation B, Allegation C). PO Figuerido, Sgt. Patrick Cain from the 101st Precinct, and PO Jason Jansky from the 101st Precinct entered [redacted]'s apartment, [redacted] (Allegation D). While inside [redacted]'s apartment, Sgt.
