Description: On November 13, 2013, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Guy McEachin was standing outside 13-10 Redfern Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens, when NYPD officers, including Andre Figueiredo, John Hansen, Brian Hillmann, and Anthony Andino, stopped, frisked, searched, and detained him without probable cause. The officers claimed to have observed Mr. McEachin in possession of a controlled substance; however, this assertion was later found to be fabricated. Mr. McEachin was arrested, subjected to a strip search at the 101st Precinct, and detained for over 24 hours before being arraigned and remanded to Rikers Island.
