[redacted] stated that at approximately 1:45pm on July 3rd, 2007, she was sitting outside her building, [redacted] Queens, drinking beer out of plastic cups with lids on them with [redacted] There were other individuals outside drinking beer, including [redacted]'s daughter, [redacted] PO Andre Figueiredo, PO Christopher Dalessandro, PO Joseph Picarello, and PO Raymond Rusielewicz were patrolling the area on their bicycles and stopped [redacted] (allegation A). [redacted]'s friend, [redacted] alleged that PO Figueiredo told [redacted] to "sit the fuck down" (within allegation B). The officers then threw [redacted] on the ground and arrested him, during which time an officer punched him in the head (allegation C). [redacted] asked the officers why they had hit [redacted] at which point an officer touched her on the back. [redacted] told the officer not to touch her, at which point she was arrested. [redacted] asked the officers why they were arresting [redacted] and she was arrested. [redacted] then approached PO Figueiredo and asked him why the officers had hit [redacted] alleged that PO Figueiredo said, "You should be lucky I didn't beat his ass (within allegation B).
