On June 13, 2008 at approximately 4:00pm in the vicinity of 369 East Fordham Road in the Bronx, [redacted] was involved in a heated verbal dispute with an unidentified Hispanic female. PO Mannix Teng and PO Filastin Abedrabbo of the 52nd Precinct arrived in an RMP and exited their car as [redacted] and the other female parted. Both officers approached [redacted] and PO Abedrabbo allegedly asked for [redacted] identification. [redacted] allegedly punched PO Abedrabbo in her face at which point both officers grabbed [redacted] arms and backed her against a storefront. Then both officers put [redacted] on the ground (Allegations A and B). Both officers handcuffed [redacted] who was struggling at the time, then helped her to her feet. PO Abedrabbo allegedly called [redacted] a, "fucking animal" and "fucking bitch" (Allegations C and D). Then PO Abedrabbo escorted [redacted] to the RMP. [redacted] allegedly struggled at this point and PO Abedrabbo pushed [redacted] into the RMP such that [redacted] allegedly fell on her stomach on the floor of the RMP (Subsumed in allegation B). PO Abedrabbo also said "Get in there bitch" (subsumed in allegation D). As the officers were driving [redacted] to the precinct, PO Abedrabbo allegedly said, "Don't even talk to that bitch.
