Description: On July 4, 2018, all named plaintiffs were legally and lawfully in Manhattan, and had not committed or attempted to commit any crime, when Defendants ANDREW NASH, FILASTIN SROUR and other unknown police officers approached one of the Plaintiffs without any cause. Defendants used profanity and screamed at Plaintiff in a violent and aggressive manner and punched Plaintiff. ANDREW NASH struck Plaintiff on her head with his walkie-talkie, and both plaintiffs including three other family members, who were not involved in the matter, were falsely arrested.
Plaintiff was transported to the Precinct and then to Central Booking.

Description: On April 4, 2013, Plaintiff Moore was driving and Plaintiff Henderson was riding in the front seat when Defendant Officer Thomas Moroney and Defendant Sergeant Filastin Srour pulled them over without cause. Plaintiff Moore produced her valid license. Defendant Srour opened the driver’s door, ordered Plaintiff Moore to exit, and then illegally searched her without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. When Plaintiff Henderson objected to the illegal search, Defendant Srour called for Defendant Moroney. Defendant Moroney physically pulled Plaintiff Henderson from the car and despite his protests that he had not consented was searched.
