On November 16, 2017, at approximately 3:05 p.m., Police Officer John Woo and Police Officer Richard Hanson stopped, from the 34th Precinct, the vehicle occupied by [redacted] [redacted] and [redacted] in front of 24 West 135th Street in Manhattan (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority- Vehicle Stop, [redacted] 1). Detective Andrew Nash and Lieutenant Filastin Srour, also from the 34th Precinct, arrived. [redacted] and [redacted] were removed from the vehicle.
