Complaint
Description: On July 4, 2018, all named plaintiffs were legally and lawfully in Manhattan, and had not committed or attempted to commit any crime, when Defendants ANDREW NASH, FILASTIN SROUR and other unknown police officers approached one of the Plaintiffs without any cause. Defendants used profanity and screamed at Plaintiff in a violent and aggressive manner and punched Plaintiff. ANDREW NASH struck Plaintiff on her head with his walkie-talkie, and both plaintiffs including three other family members, who were not involved in the matter, were falsely arrested. Plaintiff was transported to the Precinct and then to Central Booking.
