Defendants falsely accused Plaintiff of crimes of possession of a controlled substance and maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff by filing a criminal court complaint with the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Bronx County. Defendants falsely and maliciously without probable cause charged Plaintiff with various crimes and Plaintiff was prosecuted without probable cause. The charges against Plaintiff were terminated. Plaintiff started filming the encounter, but police officer Martinez grabbed the phone from his hand. Three police officers then directed him to get out of the car and then frisked the plaintiff. Without a warrant, the police officers then searched plaintiff's vehicle. Police officers then let plaintiff go without explanation.
