Summary

On April 23, 2009 at approximately 5:00 PM, [redacted] got into an altercation in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn with a neighbor named [redacted] last name unknown. Two police officers, PO Daniel Kearney and PO Thomas Perrotti, arrived at the location. PO Kearney requested [redacted]'s identification but [redacted] refused to provide it. She stepped into the building's elevator in an attempt to leave. PO Kearney ordered [redacted] to "step-off the mother-fucking elevator" (Allegation A). PO Kearney and PO Perrotti pulled [redacted] out of the elevator by her coat collar, placed her arms behind her back and handcuffed her.
