Summary

On August 26, 2009, at approximately 11:30pm, [redacted] and [redacted] were stopped by Sergeant Vincent Fontana and Officer Scott Williams of the 10th Precinct for drinking champagne within and outside of [redacted]'s vehicle which was parked on West 28th Street between 10th and 11th Avenue in Manhattan.
