Description: On May 6, 2014, Officers Pinckeny and Fontana arrived at plaintiff's apartment with an unidentified male who alleged that the plaintiff had tried to attack him at a nearby Chase Bank. Plaintiff was arrested without being read his Miranda rights, placed in handcuffs and leg shackles and transported to the precinct where he was placed in a holding cell with black mold that aggravated his asthma. The handcuffs and leg shackles were overtightened and caused cuts, bruising, loss of circulation, and nerve damage. Plaintiffs possessions were inventoried and never returned upon his later release.
