Summary

Earlier that same day, at approximately 6:22 a.m., [redacted] was walking his dogs in the vicinity of the intersection of Mount Morris Park West and West 121st Street in Manhattan when he was approached by PO Brian Davis of the 28th Precinct and issued three summonses for failing to property dispose of his dog's waste, "dog nuisance in public commonplace" and failing to ensure that his dog had a registration tag.
