Description: On June 2, 2018, Plaintiff was inside a Jimmy Jazz clothing store, when Plaintiff was suddenly accosted by NYPD officers, including Officer Brian Davis (Shield No. 25667), Officer Carl Wesarg (Shield No. 19684), and other unidentified officers. The officers handcuffed Plaintiff and placed Plaintiff under arrest without any just cause or provocation. During the arrest, Plaintiff was assaulted and attacked, resulting in a left orbital blowout fracture, corneal abrasion, and other physical injuries.

Plaintiff was in the process of complying when, without provocation, POs Davis, Ricci, and others maliciously assaulted, attacked, and verbally abused Plaintiff, inflicting injuries on his hips, shoulders, and face. Description: On May 27, 2011, Plaintiff accompanied a friend to the 28th police precinct. There, officers approached Plaintiff without warning and unlawfully arrested her, tightly handcuffing her arms. The officers sent false reports to the NY District Attorney's Office in connection with the arrest. Plaintiff was released after 20 hours in custody when the NY DAO declined to file charges. On July 8, 2013, Plaintiff was in a store when officers suddenly and unlawfully grabbed and arrested her. They claimed she was under arrest for attempting to receive an unlawful prescription.
