On June 7, 2013, [redacted] was arrested in his building, located at [redacted] in Manhattan, for assault with intent to cause physical injury. PO [redacted] Pierce and PO Hugh Barry transported him to the 7th Precinct stationhouse. In his initial statement, [redacted] stated that six officers punched him outside the stationhouse, but during his CCRB statement, he testified that only the driver punched him outside the stationhouse and that the driver and a sergeant punched him inside the holding cell.
