Summary

On March 11, 2014, at approximately 11:00 p.m., [redacted] exited the rear of 2881 West 24th Street in Brooklyn. PO Jonathan Baez and PO Mobeen Yasin of the 60th Precinct allegedly stopped [redacted] (Allegations A, B). PO Baez also searched and frisked [redacted] (Allegation C, D). PO Mobeen Yasin of the 60th Precinct allegedly told [redacted] to "shut the fuck up" (Allegation E). An officer who [redacted] could not see told his female friend, [redacted] known as [redacted] to "get the fuck out of here" or she would be arrested (Allegations F, G).
[redacted] was handcuffed and transported to the 60th Precinct stationhouse, where Sgt. Eric Curcio of the 60th Precinct authorized a strip search (Allegation H).
