Summary

On April 27, 2014, at approximately 9:45 p.m., Det. Thomas Woods of Narcotics Borough Bronx (NBBX) stopped [redacted] and Det. Carlos Lozada of NBBX stopped [redacted] and an individual known as [redacted] at [redacted] in the Bronx, a Clean Halls building, while under the supervision of Sgt. Joseph Orecchio of NBBX (Allegations A, B, and C). Once all three civilians were outside the building in the alleyway, Det. Woods frisked [redacted] (Allegation D) and allegedly searched him (Allegation E). Det. Lozada frisked [redacted] (Allegation F) and allegedly searched him (Allegation G). Sgt. Joseph Orecchio of NBBX allegedly frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegations H and I). Det. Lozada, Sgt. Orecchio, and Det. Woods allegedly entered and searched [redacted] bedroom in [redacted] in the Bronx (Allegations J, K, and L).
