Complaint
Description: On May 7, 2014, plaintiff was lawfully inside her apartment, located at 2537 Decatur Ave, Bronx, NY. Defendants unlawfully entered the apartment and searched the individuals present. Defendants handcuffed, arrested and transported plaintiff to the 52nd precinct. At the Precinct, plaintiff was photographed, fingerprinted, searched, and placed in a holding cell. Plaintiff specifically told the defendants she must take her diabetes medication. Defendants refused to allow her to take her necessary medication, nor allow her to go to the hospital.
