On April 26, 2014, [redacted] was involved in an altercation with her neighbors that resulted in the arrest of both [redacted] and her neighbor for [redacted] [redacted] subsequently filed a criminal complaint alleging that her home was burglarized while she was incarcerated. Det. Edward Russotto of the 120th Precinct Detective Squad was assigned to the case, and following his investigation, he determined her claims were without merit. On an unknown date in April or May of 2014, [redacted] went to the 120th Precinct Detective Squad to discuss her complaint with Det. Russotto. She was accompanied by a friend, identified by the investigation as [redacted] While Det. Russotto spoke to [redacted] his partner, Det. Patrick O'Connor, spoke to [redacted] in order to determine whether he had also been involved in the earlier altercation. [redacted] became upset and raised her voice. In response, the detectives' supervisor, Lt. Lenhard Oechsner, allegedly approached and said something similar to, "Get this fucking shit out of my precinct," or "Get this Jerry Springer out of my fucking office."
