On May 16, 2014, at approximately 3:15 p.m., [redacted] bumped into PO Ralph Ramos of the Brooklyn South Task Force on the southwest corner of the intersection of East 105th Street and Flatlands Avenue in Brooklyn. PO Ramos grabbed [redacted] and brought him to the ground (Allegation A and Allegation B). PO Ramos allegedly put his knee into [redacted]'s stomach and restricted his breathing (Allegation C).
