On May 20, 2014, at approximately 10:12 a.m., PO Muritala Shebioba and PO Stephen Sheppard, from the 90th Precinct arrested [redacted] for [redacted] at Siegel Street and Bogart Street in Brooklyn. While effecting his arrest, PO Shebioba and PO Sheppard allegedly punched [redacted] repeatedly (Allegations A and B). [redacted] was transported to the 90th Precinct stationhouse. While in the holding cell, PO Shebioba allegedly spoke discourteously to [redacted] (Allegation C) and Sgt.
