On June 19, 2014, at approximately 3:57 p.m., [redacted] exited his residence at 120 Beach 19th Street and was stopped by Sgt. Scott Blennau and PO Nicholas Ventimiglia of the 101st Precinct (Allegation A and B). [redacted] alleged that Sgt.
