Summary

On June 22, 2014, at approximately 2:40 a.m., [redacted] left a large party with [redacted] and [redacted] on the [redacted] floor of [redacted] in the Bronx when he was handcuffed by PO Jeffrey Griffin of the 46th Precinct and unidentified officers from an unknown command.
