On July 18, 2014, at approximately 6:30 p.m., [redacted] was inside his apartment, located at [redacted], when he heard officers make a forcible entry into an apartment on the [redacted] floor. [redacted] lives on the [redacted] floor with his father, [redacted] friend, [redacted] was also present inside the apartment. [redacted] eventually exited his apartment, with [redacted] and was allegedly stopped by an officer, identified via investigation as Sgt. Adan Munoz from Narcotics Borough Brooklyn North (Allegation A). Thereafter, Sgt. Munoz allegedly grabbed and pushed [redacted] by his throat, causing his breathing to be restricted, and searched him, including his left pants pockets and underneath his pants (within Allegation A and Allegations B, C, and D). During the search, Sgt. Munoz allegedly stated, "Shut the fuck up" (Allegation E). After the search ended, Sgt.
