Officers pointed the weapons at two young children, and searched the apartment. When Plaintiff Markish Payne asked to see a warrant, she was told to "shut the fuck up". Officers arrested Markisha and the two young children. When they were released at arraignment, they returned home to find that officers had urinated all over the walls and the floor of the bathroom. Description: On August 4, 2015, Plaintiff, a college student, accepted a ride to Jamaica Avenue from her former classmate. On the way, Plaintiff's former classmate stopped his car and stepped outside to speak with an unknown individual. A plainclothes PO approached the car and ordered Plaintiff out. Plaintiff complied. POs Munoz and Deida searched Plaintiff and asked if she had anything in her buttocks. She replied "no".

The officers ( street narcotics enforcement team) approached them with their guns drawn. Officers ordered them out of the vehicle and Mr. Damas was pat-frisked had his pockets searched and his vehicle searched, repeatedly. Although nothing was found and Mr. Damas had not done anything unlawful, was handcuffed, falsely claiming his license was suspended.
