On July 16, 2014, at approximately 6:00 p.m., [redacted] entered [redacted]'s vehicle, which was legally parked in front of his residence at [redacted] and [redacted] in the Bronx. [redacted] and [redacted] were sitting in the parked car for several minutes when two unmarked police cars pulled up next to them and two officers, Det. Jesus Guzman and PO James Simpson of Narcotics Borough Bronx, approached the car. The officers asked all occupants to exit the vehicle and Det. Guzman handcuffed, frisked, and searched [redacted] (Allegations A, B, C, and D). [redacted] was released and none of the occupants of the vehicle were arrested or summonsed.
