On October 24, 2014, at approximately 3 a.m., officers from Brooklyn North Narcotics led by Cpt. Fernando Guimaraes, entered the [redacted], in Brooklyn, pursuant to the execution of a search warrant (Allegation A). Both tenants, [redacted] and his son, [redacted] were arrested for [redacted]. [redacted] alleged that he asked multiple officers at his residence to show him a search warrant but was ignored and told to shut up.
