Summary

On October 29, 2014 at 6:05 a.m., Narcotics Borough Staten Island officers executed a search warrant at [redacted] in Staten Island (Allegation A). Michael Rivera allegedly pointed his gun at [redacted] and used his gun to nudge [redacted] head (Allegations B and C).
