On October 29, 2014 at 6:05 a.m., Narcotics Borough Staten Island officers executed a search warrant at [redacted] in Staten Island (Allegation A). In the first floor bedroom, in which [redacted] and his girlfriend [redacted] were sleeping, Det. Michael Rivera allegedly pointed his gun at [redacted] and used his gun to nudge [redacted] head (Allegations B and C). An unidentified officer allegedly pulled [redacted] out of the bed (Allegation D). Det. Stephanie Sanchez allegedly strip searched [redacted] in the bedroom (Allegation E).
