Summary

On March 3, 2015, at approximately 10:15 a.m., [redacted] went to a Duane Reade pharmacy at 3387 Broadway, Manhattan to pick up a prescription. A dispute ensued between [redacted] and the pharmacist when she refused to provide him with his medication. The pharmacist called 911 and PO George Layng and PO Michael Roma arrived on the scene. The officers spoke with [redacted] and the pharmacist. PO Layng eventually asked [redacted] to leave the store. Outside the store, [redacted] asked PO Layng for his shield number. PO Layng did not provide his shield number and instead said to [redacted] "Call the precinct and get it" (Allegation A). The officers then left. Read report for details.
