On April 14, 2015, at 9:31 p.m. ([redacted]; Board Review (BR) 1), at Mosholu Avenue and Broadway in the Bronx, [redacted] was arrested by officers of the 50th Precinct with a top charge of criminal possession of marihuana. The following was alleged: At Mosholu Avenue and Broadway, PO John Galbo frisked and searched [redacted] and his sister [redacted] (Allegations A and B), and PO Galbo and PO Viet Dang searched the car occupied by them and their friend [redacted] (Allegations C and D). PO Galbo and Lt. Paul McMahon improperly arrested [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations E and F).
