Description: On July 5, 2017, Police officer John Labianca, Joseph Rodriguez, John Galbo, Jordan Karras, Lieutenant John Forder, and other officers unlawfully seized, searched, and arrested plaintiff, applying tight handcuffs without justification. Defendants intentionally punched, shoved, kneed, and slammed the plaintiff's body. Defendants provided false and misleading information to prosecutors. On or about July 18, 2018, the charges against plaintiff were dismissed by acquittal.

Description: On December 3, 2016 at approximately 12:15 a.m. Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Kimberly Place and Broadway when POs John Galbo, John Doe, and John Roe approached and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an aggressive manner without legal justification. POs committed these acts against Plaintiff solely on the basis of Plaintiff's race and to improve arrest quotas. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours and subject to a strip search while in POs' custody.
