Summary

On July 2, 2015 at 2:06 a.m. at Ivy Bar located at 944 8th Avenue in Manhattan, [redacted] had a physical altercation with an individual whom she claimed assaulted her and believed may have been an NYPD officer or a bouncer for Ivy Bar (Allegation A). [redacted] went to the Midtown North Precinct stationhouse to file a complaint regarding her being assaulted at the bar. Sgt. Nicholas Corrado refused to take her complaint and told [redacted] to leave the station or he would arrest her (Allegations B and C). Then, [redacted] was handcuffed and transported to [redacted] for a psychiatric evaluation. While in the ambulance with [redacted] PO Iselaine Guichardo-Hermene Gildo Cruz (hereafter PO Guichardo) searched through the contents of her purse (Allegation D). [redacted] also alleged PO Guichardo looked at the EMT and rolled her eyes in regards to [redacted] and twisted her finger by her ear to gesture that [redacted] was crazy (Allegation E).
